We stayed in Oct & March /23. We stayed coming home from Mexico as our experience in Oct was fabulous. Access to this hotel is super easy. We arrived feeling stressed & overtired. With the help of Lorna & Rayna everything was made easy for us. Lorna went way above her job duties to be of assistance. We highly recommend this hotel to travellers. Breakfast was excellent.

We did not eat breakfast we left too early. The nice lady that checked us in was so nice and helpful. I needed a blanket and at the time she offered me a small heater. I thought that was nice. When returned to our room the heater did not work. We were not close to the strip; however, we were not far. The property was in a not so safe area. We saw a lot of homeless people around. We were not at our room much, so I guess it was not all that bad. The beds were comfortable after a long day of hanging out.
